Solution

To overcome this, you should do the following:

Adding the following directive to your page:
<%@ Register Assembly="RadarSoft.RadarCube.Web" Namespace="RadarSoft.RadarCube.Web" TagPrefix="radarcube" %>
Delete and then add once again the component TOLAPCube to the web-page.
